Challenges and Countermeasures for Poverty Alleviation of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Industry

发展光伏发电既加快贫困地区的脱贫速度,又体现了绿色发展理念,因其绿色环保的可持续发展已日渐受到重视。随着光伏发电技术的提升,已被越来越多的地区列为扶贫模式推广。对分布式光伏发电项目扶贫分析其特点与运营模式,使之具有安装灵活、减少输电损耗、综合效益突出等优势。但也存在投资信心低、融资难、企业的积极性低等问题,要继续调动政府与市场有机结合、加大分布式光伏发电后期管护、保持政策稳定性与引导性破解存在的难题与困境。

The development of photovoltaic power generation not only accelerates the speed of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas,but also embodies the concept of green development,for which the sustainable development of green environment protection has been paid more attention gradually.With the improvement of photovoltaic power generation technology,more and more areas have been listed as poverty alleviation mode promotion.This paper analyzes the characteristics and operation mode of distributed photovoltaic power generation project,which has the advantages of flexible installation,reducing transmission loss and outstanding comprehensive benefits.However,there are still some problems,such as low investment confidence,difficulty in financing and low enthusiasm of enterprises.We should continue to mobilize the organic combination of the government and the market,increase the management and protection of distributed photovoltaic power generation in the later stage,maintain the stability of the policy and guide to solve the existing problems and difficulties.
