福建省对口支援宜昌防治新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗队临床工程师的配置与工作模式

The Allocation and Work Mode of Clinical Engineers of Fujian Medical Team in Supporting the Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 in Yichang

目的研究福建省对口支援宜昌防治新型冠状病毒肺炎医疗队临床工程师的配置与工作模式。方法调整充实内设机构,明确工作职责,确定临床工程师列入医疗队领导小组办公室成员同时归属于后勤保障部的管理模式,制定每日定点驻扎在对口医院的工作流程与工作方法,构建针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的医疗器械管理框架。结果通过配置临床工程师,极大地缩短了医疗队驻点医院医疗器械故障的停机时间;经过临床工程师对医疗器械的鉴定、验收、安装、培训、协调,医护人员对医疗器械的使用风险得到了较好的控制。结论针对类似于新型冠状病毒肺炎的重大突发公共卫生事件,派出的医疗队应当配备临床工程师随行,且在选配临床工程师时应参考其工作年限、日常工作内容、重特大医疗器械应急抢修经验等。

Objective The allocation and work mode of clinical engineers of Fujian medical team in supporting the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in Yichang has been studied.Methods Adjust and enrich the internally organizational structure,define work responsibilities,determine the management mode based on which clinical engineers were under the management of the medical team leading group office and the logistics support department meanwhile,formulate the daily work process and methods for stationed in the recipient hospitals and construct the medical devices management framework for the outbreak of COVID-19.Results The downtime of medical devices were greatly reduced by allocating clinical engineers in the hospital where the medical team stationed.After the identification,acceptance,installation,training and coordination of the medical devices by the clinical engineers,the risks of operating them by the medical staff were well controlled.Conclusion In case of major public health emergencies like COVID-19,the medical team dispatched should be accompanied by clinical engineers,who should be selected in the light of their work years,the content of routine work and experience of repairing major medical equipment in emergency,etc.
