不同国家采用了不同的职务科技成果所有权的归属原则,即使是在同一国家的不同历史阶段,也会采取不同的归属原则。我国正在进行的职务科技成果所有权改革也应当结合本国实际情况,以激励和效率为导向,并及时修订相关法律法规。

Different countries have adopted different attribution principles for the ownership of scientific and technological achievements in their posts.Even at different historical stages in the same country,they will adopt different attribution principles.China’s ongoing reform of ownership of job-related scientific and technological achievements should be based on the actual situation in the country,be guided by incentives and efficiency,and promptly revise relevant laws and regulations.
