轮径差对独立轮对有轨电车稳定性影响的研究

摘要 从轮轨接触出发,研究轮径差对纵向耦合独立轮对转向架运行稳定性的影响。通过分析纵向耦合独立轮对转向架的导向机理、长期跟踪实际运营过程中轮径差对廓形变化和轮轨接触等的影响,得出结论:当轮径差超过0.5 mm时,就会对独立轮对有轨电车的稳定性产生较大影响,为镟修和运营过程中轮径差的控制提供参考。 Based on wheel-rail contact,study the influence of wheel diameter difference on operation stability of longitudinal coupling independent wheelset bogie.By analyzing the guiding mechanism of longitudinal coupling independent wheelset bogie and long-term tracking the influence of wheel diameter difference on profile change and wheel-rail contact during actual operation,it is concluded that the independent wheelset bogie has relatively high requirements for wheel diameter difference.When the wheel diameter difference exceeds 0.5 mm,it would have a significant influence on the stability of the independent wheelset tram,which provides a standard for the control of wheel diameter difference in the process of reprofiling and operation.
