酸精制前后中低温煤焦油中氮的赋存形态及脱除规律

摘要 以酸精制预处理前后的中低温煤焦油馏分(<360℃)为原料,采用酸中和-柱层析法分类、富集碱性组分和非碱性组分,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC-MS)对其进行检测分析。研究结果表明,预处理前馏分中主要碱性氮化物为w(苯胺类)=0.16%、w(喹啉类)=0.63%与w(吡啶类)=0.13%,非碱氮化物为w(吲哚类)=0.16%、w(吡唑类)=0.23%、w(吡咯类)=0.03%和w(腈类)=0.01%;预处理后,可实现总氮74.54%的脱除率,苯胺、吡啶类化合物和分子量较小的喹啉化合物基本上被完全脱除,非碱氮化合物不易被脱除;碱氮中各种化合物被脱除的难易程度为喹啉类>吡啶类>苯胺类,非碱氮被脱除的难易程度为吲哚类>吡咯类>吡唑类>腈类。 The medium and low temperature coal tar distillation(<360℃)before and after acid treating was used as a raw material,and acid neutralization-column chromatography was used to classify and enrich the basic and non-basic components,which were detected and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the main basic nitrides and their contents in the pre-treatment fraction are w(aniline)=0.16%,w(quinoline)=0.63%and w(pyridine)=0.13%,non-basic nitride and their content is w(indoles)=0.16%,w(pyrazoles)=0.23%,w(pyrroles)=0.03%and w(nitriles)=0.01%;After pretreatment,total 74.54%nitrogen removal rate can be achieved,aniline,pyridine compounds and quinoline compounds with a relatively small molecular weight are basically completely removed,and non-basic nitrogen compounds are not easily removed.The ease of removal of various compounds in the basic nitrogen is:quinolines>pyridines>anilines,the ease of removal of non-basic nitrogen is:indole>pyrroles>pyrazoles>nitrile.
