复方氟苯尼考注射液对人工感染猪链球菌病的治疗试验

Clinical Trial of Compound Florfenicol Injection in the Treatment of Artificially Infected Streptococcus Suis

氟苯尼考被广泛应用于动物抗生素治疗,其特有的胚胎毒性特点,为保证注射液可以长期有效、功能成分缓速释放,该文选用氟苯尼考、氟尼辛葡甲胺作为主成分,添加相应辅料物质,并调整各有效成分的配比,进而研制出复方氟苯尼考注射液。为客观评估该注射液的临床药效,全面判断其在兽医临床治疗过程中的安全性与可行性,着重开展了此项试验。试验方法为开展注射液临床感染试验,观察其对猪的临床治疗效果。结果显示,高剂量、中剂量、低剂量组复方氟苯尼考注射液对治疗猪链球菌病均有效。结论:复方氟苯尼考注射液能有效治疗猪链球菌病,具有开发潜力,可推广使用,建议使用中剂量1 mL/7.5 kg的复方氟苯尼考注射液治疗猪链球菌病。

Florfenicol is widely used in the treatment of animals with antibiotics,its unique characteristics of embryonic toxicity,in order to ensure that the injection can be long-term effective,slow release of functional ingredients,this article selected florfenicol,fluoxetine as the main ingredients,the compound florfenicol injection was prepared by adding corresponding excipients and adjusting the ratio of effective components.In order to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the injection and judge its safety and feasibility in veterinary clinical treatment,the experiment was carried out.The experimental method was to carry out the clinical infection test of injection and observe its clinical therapeutic effect on pigs.The results showed that the high,medium and low dose groups of compound florfenicol injection were effective in the treatment of streptococcus suis.Conclusion:compound florfenicol injection is effective in the treatment of streptococcus suis and has the potential to be widely used.It is recommended to use compound florfenicol injection with medium dosage of 1 mL/7.5 kg in the treatment of streptococcus suis.
