羊痘、羊口疮及羊口蹄疫鉴别诊断

Differential Diagnosis of Sheep Pox,Sheep Aphtha and Sheep Foot-and-Mouth Disease

在羊养殖产业发展中,羊痘、羊口疮和羊口蹄疫均是由病毒感染引发的一类传染性疾病,上述3种病毒性传染性疾病的临床症状十分相似,在诊断过程中极易出现误诊。在上述3种病毒性传染性疾病中,羊痘和羊口蹄疫属于国家一类重特大传染性疾病,羊口疮属于三类传染性疾病,在诊断过程中如果出现误诊,很容易造成一类重特大传染性疾病的传播蔓延,威胁一个地区羊养殖产业的安全。该文主要从上述3种病毒性疾病的病原、流行特点、临床症状、病理学变化等几个方面做出鉴别,提出相应的防治措施。

In the development of sheep breeding industry,sheep pox,sheep mouth sore and sheep foot and mouth disease are a class of infectious disease caused by virus infection,the clinical symptoms of these three viral infectious disease are very similar,it is easy to misdiagnose in the process of diagnosis.In the above three viral infectious disease,sheep pox and foot and mouth disease belong to the national class I major infectious disease,sheep aphthous ulcer belongs to class III infectious disease,if there is a misdiagnosis in the diagnostic process,it is easy to cause the spread of a major infectious disease,threatening the safety of sheep farming industry in a region.In this paper,the pathogeny,epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of the above three viral disease were identified,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.
