摘要
在牛羊生产加工养殖等各个环节加强动物检疫监督,能确保各个养殖环节、生产环节的安全合理,保证进入动物市场的各种牛羊肉制品安全。为进一步做好动物检疫监督工作,该文主要论述动物检疫监督在牛羊生产中的重要作用。
Strengthening animal quarantine supervision in the production,processing and breeding of cattle and sheep can ensure the safety and rationality of each breeding link and production link,and ensure the safety of all kinds of beef and mutton products entering the animal market.In order to do a better job of animal quarantine supervision,this paper mainly discusses the important role of animal quarantine supervision in cattle and sheep production.
