摘要 做好非洲猪瘟防控工作,事关整个生猪养殖产业的安全,更关乎消费者肉制品的保证,关系到经济发展和社会稳定。截止2020年上半年,非洲猪瘟疫情已经在我国30多个省份爆发流行,对整个生猪养殖产业造成毁灭性打击,大量生猪被扑杀无害化处理,猪肉价格上涨,影响人们的正常生活。屠宰检疫作为生猪进入市场的最后一个环节,落实严格的非洲猪瘟屠宰检疫制度,对于及时发现患病猪、及时采取措施处理、避免疫情进一步扩散蔓延有很大帮助。该文主要分析非洲猪瘟的流行诊断,论述屠宰检疫中非洲猪瘟防控要点。 The prevention and control of African swine fever is related to the safety of pig breeding industry,the guarantee of meat products for consumers,and the economic development and social stability.By the first half of 2020,an epidemic of Africa swine fever had broken out in more than 30 provinces of our country,devastating the entire pig breeding industry,a large number of live pigs were slaughtered and treated innocuously,and pork prices rose,affecting people's lives.As the last step of pigs entering the market,the implementation of the strict African swine fever slaughtering quarantine system is very helpful to find the sick pigs in time,take measures to deal with them in time and avoid the spread of the disease.This article mainly analyzes the epidemic diagnosis of African swine fever,discusses the main points of prevention and control of African swine fever in slaughter quarantine.
