摘要
为了探究幼儿园教师生涯适应力、情感承诺和工作投入之间的关系,采用生涯适应力量表、情感承诺量表与幼儿园教师工作投入问卷对1291名幼儿园教师进行调研,结果发现:我国幼儿园教师工作投入(3.74±0.79)和生涯适应力(3.75±0.77)均略高于理论均值3,情感承诺(5.20±1.17)显著高于理论均值4;幼儿园教师生涯适应力对情感承诺与工作投入均有显著的正向预测效应,幼儿园情感承诺对工作投入也呈显著正向预测效应,而且情感承诺在生涯适应力与工作投入的关系中起到了部分中介效应。
The study aims to explore the relationship among career adaptability,affective commitment and work engagement of kindergarten teachers.A total of 1291 kindergarten teachers were investigated by career adaptability scale,affective commitment scale and kindergarten teachers'work engagement questionnaire.The survey finds out that kindergarten teachers'work involvement(3.74±0.79)and career adaptability(3.75±0.77)are both higher than the theoretical average of 3,and their affective commitment(5.20±1.17)is higher than the theoretical average of 4.What's more,kindergarten teachers'career adaptability has a significant positive predictive effect on affective commitment and work engagement;kindergarten teachers'affective commitment has a significant positive predictive effect on work engagement,and affective commitment has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between career adaptability and work engagement.
