面对民族村落文化不断受到冲击和生命力受到消解的现状,文章总结分析民族村落文化保护面临的一系列困难和问题,从社区社会工作的视角,将民族村落作为服务对象,从地区发展模式的介入方法出发,深入分析民族村落文化保护的具体实践路径,建构符合民族村落发展需求、适宜民族村落文化保护目标实现的系统架构,以推进民族村落文化的可持续发展。

For the current situation that the culture of ethnic villages is constantly affected and its vitality weakens,this paper summarizes a series of difficulties and problems in the cultural protection of ethnic villages.Taking the ethnic villages as the service object fromthe perspective of community social work,this paper deeply analyzes the specific practice path of the cultural protection of ethnic villages.Starting fromthe intervention method of the regional development model,To construct a systematic framework that meets the needs of the development of ethnic villages and is suitable for the realization of the goal of cultural protection of ethnic villages,so as to promote the sustainable development of ethnic village culture.
