生态环境因子对白芨生长发育影响的研究进展

On the Research Advances in the Effects of Environmental Factors on the Growth and Development of Bletilla striata

白芨具有收敛、补血、止血、消肿等功效,是我国传统的中药植物,并且具有广泛的观赏、美容和药用辅料开发价值,近年来白芨市场需求量急剧上升,但由于其对生存环境要求严苛,传统方法繁殖率低,生长缓慢,市场供不应求,组培快繁技术的应用解决了种苗的供应问题,但其炼苗移栽过程中仍存在成活率低,苗长势差的问题。文章概述了有关白芨生态环境因子与其生长发育相关的研究进展,介绍了光照、温度、水分、土壤等生态因子对白芨组培苗、幼苗和成苗生长发育以及营养品质的影响,并提出相应措施和有待于深入研究的方向。

Bletillastriata is in high demand as a traditional Chinese medicine,and has the value of ornamental,cosmetic and pharmaceutical excipients exploitation.B.striata are difficult to germinate and growin natural conditions,and traditional division propagation could not meet the demands of large-scale cultivation,while this method is time-consuming and not economically viable.Tissue-culture techniques have been extensively exploited to supply seedlings.However,there are still problems of lowsurvival rate and weak growth during transplantation of tissue-cultured seedlings.The influence of environment factors such as illumination,temperature,water and soil on the growth and develoment of B.striata were reviewed,and the further research direction was also discussed.
