协同理论视阈下商务英语专业校企合作教学模式研究 被引量:4

On School-Enterprise Cooperative Teaching Model for Business English Majors fromthe Perspective of Synergy Theory

摘要 在协同理论视阈下,构建商务英语校企合作教学模式需政校企行四方协同参与。对照《国标》对商务英语专业人才培养的要求,提出重新定位人才培目标并重设课程体系、改革和优化教学手段、创建符合市场需求的实践教学体系、内培和外引师资力量、完善校企合作考核体系五项举措,以探究商务英语专业国际化、复合型、应用型人才的创新性培养路径。 Fromthe perspective of synergy theory,the construction of the school-enterprise cooperative teaching model of business English requires the coordinated participation of the government,the school,the enterprise and the trade.In comparison with the requirements of the National Standard for the training of business English professionals.This paper puts forward five measures:repositioning the goal of human companionship and re-setting the curriculumsystem,reforming and optimizing teaching methods,creating a practical teaching systemthat meets the needs of the market,training teachers internally and externally,and perfecting the assessment systemof cooperation between schools and enterprises,with the aid of exploring the innovative training path of international,compound and applied talents for business English majors.
