摘要
以汽车方向盘模具零件为例,分析模具零件表面皮纹采用化学蚀刻工艺加工的缺点与激光雕刻技术加工的优势及关键技术,使方向盘表面皮纹设计由被动模式变为主动模式,不再受限于加工工艺,可以进行3D立体化设计及加工,为方向盘表面皮纹加工进行创新设计提供可能,也为其他企业应用激光雕刻技术提供参考。
Taking the die parts for steering wheels as an example,the faults of chemical etching process that used to form the surface dermatoglyph of die parts were analyzed.The advantages of using laser engraving technology processing and the key technology were elaborated,which changed the steering wheel surface dermatoglyph design from pas⁃sive to active mode,It could be designed and manufactured by using 3D technology,and was no longer restricted to processing.It provided the possibility for the design of innova⁃tive elements on the surface of the wheel surface dermatoglyph,also provided a reference for other enterprises to introduce the laser engraving technology.
