摘要
典型的受体激酶(receptor-like kinases,RLKs)具单次跨膜,由胞外配体结构域、跨膜区和胞内激酶结构域构成。RLKs将胞外配体信号通过底物磷酸化的方式传递至胞内,在细胞与细胞间以及细胞与环境间的交流中起作用。富含亮氨酸重复类受体激酶(leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinases,LRR-RLKs)是其最大的亚家族,包含至少223个成员,可与激素、多肽等配体识别以调控植物生长发育过程。本研究就植物维管组织发育中起重要调控作用的五条受体激酶信号途径进行综述,并对未来的研究趋势作出展望,为相关研究提供参考。
Typical receptor-like kinases(RLKs)have a single transmembrane and are composed of extracellular ligand binding domains,transmembrane domains,and intracellular kinase domains.RLKs deliver extracellular ligand signaling to the cell via substrate phosphorylation,acting in cell-to-cell and cell-to-environment communication.The leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinases(LRR-RLKs)discussed in this paper is the largest subfamily of receptor-like kinases(RLKs),containing at least 223 members,which can be identified with ligands such as horm-ones and peptides to regulate plant growth and development process.In this paper,we review the five receptor-like kinase signaling pathways that play important regulatory roles in the development of plant vascular tissue,and look forward to the future research trend to provide reference for relevant research.
