硫酸法烷基化及其配套装置中酸性介质管道设计

PIPING DESIGN OF ACIDIC MEDIUM PIPELINE IN SULFURIC ACID ALKYLATION UNIT AND ITS SUPPORTING UNITS

硫酸作为一种危害介质,在硫酸法烷基化及其配套的焚烧法再生酸处理装置中以多种形态存在,其管道材料也复杂多样,因而对管道设计提出了严格的要求。文章主要从酸性介质种类、酸性介质管道材质种类方面描述了酸性介质管道特点;从酸性介质管道的排净与放空设计、特殊材料管道的优先设计、管道的支吊架选型、管道的防泄漏保护设计等方面对酸性介质管道设计进行了论述。

Sulfuric acid,a kind of harmful medium,exists in a variety of forms in sulfuric acid alkylation unit and its supporting acid treatment unit by incineration,and its pipeline materials are complex and diverse,setting strict requirements for the piping design.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of acid medium pipeline from the types of acid medium and the types of acid medium pipeline materials,and discusses the design of acid medium pipeline from the aspects of the drainage and venting design of acid medium pipeline,the priority design of special material pipeline,the type selection of pipe supports and hangers,and the leakage protection of pipeline.
