摘要
为防止电控撬内强弱电磁信号干扰,保证电控撬内弱电系统安全可靠运行,采用实验方法,研究了2.5 mm孔径铁丝网屏蔽测试箱体,在不同电磁辐射距离及不同频率下的电磁屏蔽性能。实验结果表明:当电磁波频率在900~2400 MHz时,铁丝网屏蔽测试箱体的屏蔽效能随着距离的增大逐渐减小,但电磁波频率对铁丝网屏蔽测试箱体屏蔽效能的影响较小;当电磁波频率小于900 MHz时,铁丝网屏蔽测试箱体的电磁屏蔽效能随电磁波频率总体呈增大趋势;铁丝网屏蔽测试箱体的电磁屏蔽效能受电磁辐射距离的影响较大,随着辐射距离减小而增大,并且电磁波频率越高,铁丝网屏蔽性能越好。上述研究成果为铁丝网用于电控撬内强/弱电磁信号屏蔽设计提供实验依据。
In order to prevent the strong and weak electromagnetic signal interference and ensure the safe and reliable operation of weak current system in electronically controlled pry,the electromagnetic shielding performance of 2.5-mm-diameter wire mesh shielding test box under different electromagnetic radiation distances and frequencies was studied using experimental methods.The experimental results show that the shielding effectiveness of wire mesh shielding test box decreases gradually with the increase of distance but the frequency of electromagnetic wave has less impact on the shielding effectiveness of wire mesh shielding test box when the frequency of electromagnetic wave is 900~2400 MHz.When the frequency of electromagnetic wave is less than 900 MHz,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of wire mesh shielding test box increases with the frequency of electromagnetic wave.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of wire mesh shielding test box is greatly affected by the electromagnetic radiation distance,and increases as the radiation distance decreases.The higher the frequency of electromagnetic wave is,the better the shielding performance of wire mesh is.The research results provide experimental basis for the shielding design of strong/weak electromagnetic signals in electronically controlled pry with wire mesh.
