EXCHANGES AND PROJECT COOPERATION BETWEEN CHINA AND COUNTRIES IN CENTRAL AND WEST ASIA UNDER THE BELT AND ROAD INITIATIVE

在“一带一路”的倡议下,坚持“走出去”,积极承揽海外大型石油化工EPC项目,有利于国家及相关企业整合、利用国内外资源,促进国民经济的成长和企业的不断进步。目前面对全球经济增长放缓、境外工程项目投资相对萎缩、贸易紧张局势加剧等国际形势,国内各工程建设企业都十分重视对中亚、西亚地区工程项目的市场开拓;协调市场发展,加强风险防控,探索改革创新,是我们开发境外市场、促使国际工程承包业务平稳健康发展的关键。然而,当下国际形势瞬息万变,中、西亚地区又一直为各种政治力量博弈的中心地区,由此需要对国情和世界形势的科学分析和把握,做出合理的预判,借以助力相关工程建设企业更好地在世界舞台上与国外同行同场竞技、相互学习。

Under the Belt and Road Initiative,adhering to the going global strategy and contracting large-scale overseas EPC projects is conducive to the integration of relevant enterprises and the utilization of domestic and foreign resources,thus promoting the growth of the national economy and the continuous progress of enterprises.Facing the severe international situations such as the slowdown of global economic growth,the cut in investment of overseas projects and the aggravation of trade tension,all the engineering construction enterprises in China attach great importance to the development of projects in central and west Asia.Coordinating market development,strengthening risk control and exploring the road of reform and innovation are the key factors for China to open up overseas market and promote the steady and healthy development of international projects.However,the interna-tional situation is changing rapidly,and central and west Asia has always been the center of the game between various political forces,so it is necessary to scientifically analyze and grasp the national conditions and the world situations to make reasonable prediction,so as to help relevant engineering construction enterprises better compete with and learn from foreign counterparts on the world stage.
