Effect of fast track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with oral cancer:a Meta-analysis

目的通过Meta分析的方法,客观评价快速康复外科对口腔癌手术患者术后康复的有效性和安全性,为该类患者围手术期的康复护理干预提供一定的理论借鉴和参考。方法通过数据库在线检索有关快速康复外科对口腔癌手术患者术后康复影响的随机或临床对照试验(controlled clinical trials,CCT),数据库包括中文数据库(CBM中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据)和英文数据库(PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、CINAHL),检索各数据库建库至2020年1月31日,采用RevMan软件进行Meta分析。结果共有11篇文献纳入Meta分析。结果显示:快速康复外科组患者术后住院天数、输液时间、下床活动时间、焦虑自评量表得分、并发症(不良反应)发生率较对照组减少(P<0.01);快速康复外科组患者对护理满意度较对照组升高(P<0.01)。结论快速康复外科可加快口腔癌手术患者的术后康复进程,且合理、安全、有效,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of fast track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with oral cancer through a Meta-analysis,and to provide some theoretical reference for the perioperative rehabilitation nursing of these patients.Methods A randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trial on the effect of fast track surgery on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with oral cancer was searched online.The databases included Chinese databases(CBM,CNKI,Wanfang)and English databases(PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CINAHL).The search interval was from the beginning of each database was built to January 312020,and RevMan software(version 5.3)was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 articles were included for Meta-analysis.The results showed that the days of hospital stay,infusion time,time of getting out of bed,score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale,and the incidence of complications in the group of fast track surgery were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The patients in the group of fast track surgery were more satisfied with nursing than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fast track surgery can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with oral cancer surgery,and it is reasonable,safe and effective,with good clinical application value.
