摘要
为研究植物工厂条件下不同蓝光比例对小白菜(白玫瑰和青梗菜)的生长和营养品质的影响,总光强为250μmol·m^-2·s^-1下设置3个光照处理:CK(W150R100),T1(W120R80B50),T2(W90R60B100)。高比例蓝光可以促进小白菜叶色加深,抗氧化能力的提高,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加升以及促进硝酸盐含量的降低。两个品种对光质变化的响应有差异,白玫瑰较青梗菜受到光质变化的影响较大。白玫瑰的维生素C和抗氧化能力比青梗菜高;而青梗菜的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和硝酸盐含量比白玫瑰高。
The effects of blue light ratios on the growth and nutritional quality of Brassica chinensis L.(cv.Baimeigui and Qinggengcai)were investigated in artificial light plant factory with PPFD(photosynthetic photon flux density)250μmol·m-2·s-1.There were 3 treatments:CK(W150R100),T1(W120R80B50),T2(W90R60B100).In pakchoi under higher ratio of blue light treatment,leaves color deepened,antioxidant capacity,content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased,while nitrate content reduced.These were different responses of two pakchoi cultivars to different light quality,pakchoi cv.Baimeigui were more susceptible to the changes of light quality than cv.Qinggengcai.The vitamin C content and antioxidant capacity in cv.Baimeigui were higher than those in cv.Qinggengcai,while the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and nitrate in cv.Qinggengcai were higher than those in cv.Baimeigui.
