摘要
使命感是近年学术界的研究热点,是支撑教师专业发展的核心要素。教师培训作为教师专业发展的重要平台,使命感的培育是薄弱环节。重构以强化使命感为指向的中小学教师培训体系,可以使教师长期保持对学生的关爱,对教学的激情。为此,重构以强化使命感为指向的中小学教师培训体系需要做到:把握方位感、方向感和责任感;重构培训者队伍,重视核心价值观的凝聚;重构培训物质文化,推进隐性课程的开发;重构培训形式,注重实践导向;重构培训对象分层,强化针对性。
The sense of mission has been a research hotspot in the academic circles in recent years,and it is the core element supporting the professional development of teachers.Teacher training is an important platform for teacher professional development,and the cultivation of a sense of mission is a weak link.Reconstructing the teacher training system in elementary and middle schools aimed at strengthening the sense of mission can enable teachers to maintain a long-term care for students and passion for teaching.To this end,the reconstruction of the primary and secondary school teacher training system that is oriented towards strengthening the sense of mission needs to:grasp the sense of orientation,sense of direction and sense of responsibility;reconstruct the team of trainers,attach importance to the cohesion of core values;reconstruct the training material culture,and promote the development of recessive curriculum;reconstruction of the training form,focusing on practice orientation;reconstruction of the training object stratification,strengthening pertinence.
