论专业认证视角下师范生教学技能的提升策略 被引量:1

摘要 师范类专业认证是推进教师教育质量保障体系建设,提高师范类专业人才培养质量的重要措施,其基本理念和具体标准为师范生培养提供了依据。教学设计作为教师教育的重要内容,是师范生培养质量的重要指标。选取小学教育专业四年级学生无生试讲视频作为分析材料,厘清师范生培养中存在的问题,发现师范生在试讲中存在导入与新授课关系松散、教学重点把握不到位、学科知识体系不完善、基础知识不扎实、学习者中心的理念落实不到位的问题。通过准确把握《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》、深入研读《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》、夯实学科基础、揣摩编者意图、加强实践教学等措施,有效提升师范生的教学设计能力,进而提高师范生培养能力和培养质量。 Teachers'professional certification is an important measure to promote the construction of teachers'education quality assurance system and improve the training quality of teachers'professional talents.Its basic concepts and specific standards provide a basis for the training of normal university students.Instructional design,as an important part of teacher education,is an important indicator of the training quality of normal university students.The video of the trial lecture of the seniors majoring in primary education is selected to clarify the problems existing in the training of normal university students.It is found that normal university students have some problems in the trial lecture,such as loose relationship between introduction and new teaching,inadequate grasp of teaching emphasis,imperfect subject knowledge system,unsound basic knowledge,and inadequate implementation of learner-centered concept.By accurately grasping the Measures for The Implementation of The Certification of Normal Major in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning(Interim),thoroughly studying the Mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education consolidating the discipline foundation,trying to figure out the editor's intention,strengthening practical teaching and other measures,the instructional design ability of normal university students can be effectively improved,and then their training ability and quality can be improved.
