业财融合背景下公立医院经济运行综合评价指标体系研究

Research on comprehensive evaluation index system of public hospital economic operation under the background of business-finance integration

[目的]构建业财融合背景下公立医院经济运行综合评价指标体系,提升医院运营水平与效率,实现医院持续健康高质量发展。[方法]利用文献分析法,初步提出一套公立医院经济运行评价指标体系;通过Delphi法对初步构建的指标体系进行2轮综合评分,确定指标体系、权重;利用Excel 2016建立数据库,并用SPSS 22.0进行数据统计分析;选取M医院进行试评价。[结果]基于业务与财务投入产出全流程,构建了4个一级指标、12个二级指标、42个三级指标的综合评价指标体系。[结论]通过M医院的试评价,该指标体系具有较强的可操作性和实用性。

Objective Construct comprehensive evaluation index system for public hospitals economic operation under the background of business-finance integration,improve operation level and efficiency of hospital,and achieve sustainable,healthy and high-quality development of hospital.Methods It used literature analysis method,initially proposed a set of public hospital economic operation evaluation index system.It used Delphi method to conduct 2 rounds of comprehensive scoring on initially constructed index system to determine the index system and weight.It used Excel 2016 to establish database and conducted data statistical analysis by SPSS22.0.It selected M hospital for trial evaluation.Results Based on the entire process of business-financial input and output,a comprehensive evaluation index system of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators was constructed.Conclusions Through the trial evaluation of M Hospital,the index system has strong operability and practicality.
