河南省畜禽养殖量的区域差异规律分析

REGIONAL DIFFERENCE ANALYSIS OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY BREEDING IN HENAN PROVINCE

[目的]河南省是我国重要的畜禽养殖产品生产基地,畜禽养殖业的管理与治理在河南尤为重要。为了掌握河南省畜禽养殖业现状,并有针对性地探索河南畜禽养殖业健康发展的政策方略,文章开展了河南省畜禽养殖量的区域差异研究工作。[方法]依据2000—2015年河南统计年鉴的分市数据,采用锡尔指数方法,对豫北、豫西、豫中、豫东和豫南五大区的畜禽养殖量的区域差异进行了研究。[结果]研究发现1999—2014年河南省畜禽养殖量总体呈现上升的趋势,且可以2007年为界分为1999—2006年的快速增长阶段和2007—2014年的稳定增长阶段。与此同时,1999—2014年河南省畜禽养殖量的总体差异呈现下降的趋势,且区间差异影响较大,区内差异影响较小。同样,也可以2007年为分界,分为1999—2006年的高差异阶段和2007—2014年的低差异阶段。从总体上看,河南省五大区畜禽养殖量的区间、区内差异对总体差异的贡献相对稳定,贡献率从高到低依次为豫南、豫东、豫北、豫中和豫西。[结论]据此,河南省畜禽养殖业整体呈现出“在平稳中调整,在调整中优化”的发展趋势,建议河南省因地制宜地制定畜禽养殖业区域政策,建立体现各区特点的管理体系。

Henan province is an important production base of livestock and poultry products in China.Management of livestock and poultry breeding industry are particularly prominent in Henan.Therefore,this research is intended to study the regional differences of livestock and poultry breeding in Henan,so as to find out the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding husbandry in Henan,and then it explores the policy strategy of the healthy development in Henan.Taking north part,western part,central part,eastern part and south part of Henan as the five basic regions,this research adopted the theil index method to study the regional differences of livestock and poultry breeding in the five major regions based on the data of Henan Statistical Yearbook from the year 2000 to 2015.The results showed that the livestock and poultry production in Henan was on the rise from 1999 to 2014,and it could be divided into two stages:a rapid growth stage from 1999 to 2006 and a stable growth stage from 2007 to 2014.At the same time,the overall difference of livestock and poultry production in Henan showed a downward trend,and the difference between regions had significant influence,and the difference in the area was less affected.And 2007 could also be used as the dividing year,which could be divided into high differential period of stage from 1999 to 2006 and low differential period of stage from 2007 to 2014.In addition,the contribution of livestock and poultry breeding in the five regions of the total difference was relatively stable,and the contribution rates from high to low were in southern Henan,eastern Henan,north Henan,central Henan and western Henan.Accordingly,the development trend of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Henan is′adjusting in a stable position and optimizing in adjustment′.Finally,this study suggests that Henan province formulate regional policies for livestock and poultry industry according to local conditions,and establish a management system that reflects the characteristics of each region.
