摘要 声发射检测技术是一种新兴的压力容器无损检测技术,能够通过探测材料或构件受力时内部发生的应力波来判断材料或构件内部的损伤程度,具有良好的发展前景。通过介绍声发射技术在低温压力储罐检测中应用的原理,来开发声发射技术在低温压力储罐检测中应用的程序,从而实现低温压力储罐不开罐检验的目的。 Acoustic emission detection technology is an emerging non-destructive testing technology for pressure vessels.It can judge the degree of internal damage of a material or component by detecting the stress waves that occur inside the material or component when it is stressed,and has a good development prospect.By introducing the application principle of acoustic emission technology in low temperature pressure storage tank inspection,the application program of acoustic emission technology in low temperature pressure storage tank inspection is developed,so as to realize the purpose of non-opening inspection of low temperature pressure storage tank.
