高校社会工作专业实践教学基地建设模式创新与实践路径探究——以陕西省S高校为例

The Innovation of Practice Teaching Base and the Exploration of Practice Path——As an Example of S University in Shaanxi Province

实践教学基地是高校社会工作专业学生参加校内外实习实践活动、实现人才培养目标的重要场所。针对当前高校社会工作专业实践教学基地建设存在的重形式、忽视质量内涵建设及内部管理缺乏制度化保障导致基地缺乏稳定性等问题,拟从创建多层次多元化的实践教学基地新模式以及加大资金筹措力度、建立健全监测与评估机制等方面入手,探索社会工作专业实践教学基地建设模式创新的实践路径。

The practice teaching base is an important place for the students of social work majors in colleges and universities to take part in the practice activities and realize the goal of talent training.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of practice teaching base of social work specialty in colleges and universities,such as the lack of institutional guarantee of internal management and the lack of stability of the base,the author intends to explore the innovative practice path of the construction model of practice teaching base of social work specialty from the aspects of creating a new model of multi-level and diversified practice teaching base,as well as increasing fund raising,establishing and perfecting monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
