混凝土材料中图像处理技术的应用

摘要 混凝土材料用途广泛,取材便捷并且实用价值极高,可大规模生产加工。但其存在的安全问题对混凝土工程影响至关重要,存在的缺陷不容忽视。从宏观上介绍混凝土外部裂缝的特点及国内外学者如何运用数字图像处理技术真实提取裂缝图像,清晰地观察图像中裂缝的深度和宽度,探讨裂缝潜在的危害。微观上介绍内部骨粒级配问题。骨粒级配是研究结构力学性能及混泥土骨粒配比是否合理的重要指标,其中图像处理技术提取各截面图像主要分析骨粒分布是否均匀,各骨料用量是否合理和微裂、空隙等分布情况。旨在进一步预防检测建筑结构安全问题,让图像处理技术在混凝土材料中的应用更加广泛。 Concrete materials are widely used,convenient materials and high practical value,can be mass pro⁃duction and processing.However,the existing safety problems are very important to the concrete engineering,and the existing defects should not be ignored.In this paper,the characteristics of external crack and how to extract crack image by digital image processing technology are introduced from the perspective of concrete macroscopi⁃cally,so as to clearly observe the depth and width of crack in the image and discuss the potential harm of crack.On the micro level,internal bone grain grading is introduced,while bone grain grading is to study the mechanical properties of the structure and whether the proportion of concrete bone grains is reasonable.Among them,image processing technology is used to extract the images of each section to analyze whether the distribution of bone grains is uniform,whether the amount of each aggregate is reasonable and the distribution of micro-cracks and vores.The aim is to further prevent and detect the safety of building structures and to further develop the image processing technology in concrete materials.
