摘要
数学物理方法是一门有一定数学理论深度又有一定实用性的课程。针对学生容易对烦琐冗长的理论推导感到迷惑的情况,提出结合数学建模培训开展问题导向学习,通过生动有趣的物理和工程实践问题,使学生直观地体会相关知识点的重要性及其应用价值,提升数学物理方法的教学质量。以全国大学生数学建模竞赛的一个课题为例,阐述该方法的可行性及其效果评价。
Mathematical physics is a course with a certain depth of mathematical theory and a certain degree of practicality.Students are easily confused by tedious and lengthy theoretical derivations.For such a situation,this article proposes a method based on problem-oriented learning combined with mathematical modeling training to improve the teaching quality of mathematical physics.In this method,vivid and interesting physical and engineer⁃ing questions enable students to intuitively appreciate the importance of relevant knowledge points and its appli⁃cation value.As an example,the article takes a project of the National College Students Mathematical Modeling Competition to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The results show that the demonstration experiment can help students to visualize and understand the importance and applications of mathematical phys⁃ics,and finally to improve the teaching quality.
