摘要
磷石膏是磷肥生产过程中伴随产生的工业废料,目前是磷化工生产中排放量最大的工业固体废料之一,每年有大量的磷石膏被堆存处理,其综合利用成为了各个磷化工企业能否持续发展的关键。磷石膏晶须作为无机粉体材料,具有优良的力学性能、绿色环保、且价格低廉,是磷石膏的高附加值产品。本文以磷石膏为原料,介绍了水热法和常压酸化法制备磷石膏晶须的研究进展,并对硫酸钙晶须的生长机理做了探究。
As an industrial waste material accompanying the production of phosphate fertilizer,phosphogypsum is currently one of the largest industrial solid wastes in the production of phosphorus chemical industry.A large amount of phosphogypsum is stockpiled every year,and its comprehensive utilization has become the key to the sustainable development of phosphorus chemical enterprises.As an inorganic powder material,phosphogypsum whisker which has excellent mechanical properties,environmental protection and low price is used as high value-added products of phosphogypsum.Using phosphogypsum as raw material,the research progress on preparation of phosphogypsum whisker by hydrothermal method and atmospheric acidification method was introduced,and the growth mechanism of calcium sulfate whisker was explored.
