摘要
采用色谱-质谱联用法建立枳实的高效液相指纹图谱分析方法。利用带有预柱的汉邦Phecda C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为2%HAC溶液(A)-甲醇(B)的梯度洗脱;流速1 mL·min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长283 nm的色谱条件。结果表明枳实中有效成分能较好地分离。通过对照品对照和色谱-质谱联用定性分析鉴定,14批枳实共标出10个共有峰。结果表明,高效液相色谱法具有较好的分离效果,所选用方法符合定性研究要求,为枳实的化学成分的深入研究奠定了基础。
The fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.The analytical method was carried out with Hanbang Phecda C 18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)with pre-column.The mobile phase consisted of 2%HAC solution(A)-methanol(B)gradient elution as flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 283 nm,and column temperature was 30℃.10 common peaks were separated in 14 batches of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.The observation of methodology was in keeping with quantitative determination and qualitative study.HPLC has good separation result to provide reliable basis for Fructus Aurantii Immaturus s material foundation research.
