摘要
本文分析了吊杆型吊架各组成部分的受力,主要包括焊缝、吊杆和管夹螺栓,指出了影响管架最大许用荷载的部分。通过计算,得出了不同温度、不同材料下螺栓的最大承剪力表,并绘制出了≤20℃下吊杆和不同材料螺栓的最大荷载图。结果表明:螺栓和吊杆直径以及螺栓的材质选择直接影响了管架的最大许用荷载,不同材料螺栓对其许用荷载影响明显。
The force of each component of the hanger was analyzed,including weld,hanger rod and pipe clamp bolt,and the part which affected the maximum allowable load of the hanger was pointed out.Through calculation,the maximum shear table of bolts under different temperatures and materials was obtained,and the maximum load diagram of suspender and bolts of different materials under≤20℃was drawn.The results showed that the diameter of bolt and hanger rod and the material of bolt had direct influence on the maximum allowable load of pipe rack,and different material bolts had obvious influence on the allowable load.
