摘要
针对高氨氮废水的水质特征,结合企业的现场实际情况,选择适用的技术脱除废水中的氨氮,有力地保证外排废水氨氮指标的合格。采用热泵闪蒸汽提脱氨技术可以有效脱除废水中的氨氮,本文主要探讨了利用该技术处理高氨氮废水时的装置运行效果,对装置运行产能、能耗、物耗进行分析,结果表明装置运行安全平稳,氨氮废水处理后满足排放指标要求,副产物硫铵可资源化利用,降低了氨氮废水处理成本,对同类装置的应用具有一定借鉴意义。
According to the water characteristics of high ammonia wastewater quality,and also combined with the actual situation of the site,an applicable technology has been chosen to remove the ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,which effectively guarantees the quality of the ammonia nitrogen index in these discharged wastewater.The steam stripping ammonia removal process of heat pump can effectively remove ammonia in wastewater.The operation effect of the device when using this technology to treat high ammonia nitrogen wastewater was mainly discussed,then the operation capacity,energy and material consumption of the device were analyzed.The result shows that the operation of the device is safe and stable,the ammonia nitrogen wastewater meets the emission index requirements after the treatment,and the by-product ammonium sulfide can be used as a raw material,reducing the treatment cost of ammonia nitrogen wastewater,which has certain reference for the application of similar devices.
