脂质体的制备是药剂学专业实验课的重要内容,其中盐酸小檗碱脂质体是一种发展成熟的脂质体,可采用多种方法进行制备,因此,掌握盐酸小檗碱脂质体的制备方法对课程学习和科研工作都具有重要意义。本文通过对国内外关于盐酸小檗碱脂质体的制备方法进行综述,比较不同方法的制备工艺,分析各种盐酸小檗碱脂质体制备方法的优缺点,以期为脂质体的制备及学生实验设计提供参考。

The preparation of liposomes is an important content in pharmacy specialty experimental courses.In addition,bererine hydeochloride liposomes is a classic liposome and can be prepared by many methods.Therefore,mastering these methods is of great significance for future study.In order to provide a reference for the preparation of liposomes and experimental design of students,the preparation methods of bererine hydeochloride liposomes at home and abroad were reviewed to compare the preparation processes of different methods and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each preparation method.
