新工科理念构建化工卓越工程师校企培养模式 被引量:3

School-enterprise Training Model for Excellent Chemical Engineers Based on National New Engineering Course Plan

摘要 应用型本科院校存在着资源不足、毕业生工程实践能力偏弱、质量跟踪监控难等教学问题。我校化工专业经过5年的教学改革探索中,提炼出“校企深度合作,构建应用型卓越化工人才的协同培养模式;共建实践基地,提升化工类学生的工程实践能力;共推就业实现合作共赢;建设共享型实验资源,突出化工专业特色”的教学成果,取得了一系列丰富的理论与实践成果。我校化工专业获批2018年国家新工科建设立项,标志着其卓越工程师培养取得了显著的进步。 For application-oriented undergraduate colleges,there are some teaching problems,such as insufficient resources,weak engineering practice ability of graduates,and difficult quality tracking and monitoring in the process of engineering practice training.After five years of teaching reform and exploration on training outstanding engineers in chemical engineering,the teaching achievements of“deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,construction of cooperative training mode of applied outstanding chemical talents;co-construction of practice bases to enhance the engineering practice ability of chemical engineering students;co-promotion of employment to achieve win-win results;construction of shared experimental resources,highlighting the characteristics of chemical engineering specialty”were refined.Chemical engineering specialty of Jinggangshan University was approved to set up the national new engineering course project in 2018,which indicated that the remarkable progresses in the outstanding engineer training mode were achieved.
