摘要
为避免实验室安全事故发生,保障环境监测工作正常开展,须加强环境监测实验室安全保障体系建设。笔者从环境监测实验室的安全管理现状以及人、物、环境“3M”因素的安全风险进行分析,提出从安全管理、安全教育和安全技术三方面构建“3E”安全保障体系,为环境监测实验室的风险管控与安全体系建设提供参。
Safety system construction of environmental monitoring laboratory is critical due to avoidance of dangerous accidents and ensurance of conventional experimental activities.Based on present situation of environmental monitoring laboratory as well as 3M regulation of man&matter&Environment,safety risk analysis was carried out.3E safety system was proposed according to safe management,safe education and safe technique.A positive suggestion was put forward for risk administration of environmental monitoring laboratory and safety system construction.
