山东省农业社会化服务对农业产业结构影响研究

The Influence of Agricultural Socialized Service on Agricultural Industrial Structure in Shandong Province

农业社会化服务是现代农业发展的重要助推力。基于2009-2018年山东省农业社会化服务和农业产业结构的面板数据,采用混合回归、双向固定效应、随机效应和组间估计法对比研究农业社会化服务对农业产业结构的影响。结果表明:农业社会化服务、农业机械化和城镇化可以显著推动农业产业结构优化升级。土地生产率和农业规模化发展对种植业具有积极的促进作用,然而对农业产业结构优化有一定的抑制作用。因此,提出进一步发展农业社会化服务、推进因地制宜的新型城镇化和提高联合收获机的使用规模等政策建议,加速优化农业产业结构。

Agricultural socialized service is an important driving force for the development of modern agriculture.Based on the panel data of Shandong Province from 2008 to 2017,this paper compares the impact of agricultural social services on agricultural industrial structure by using OLS regression,two-way fixed effect,random effect and inter-group estimation methods.The results show that:agricultural socialized service,agricultural mechanization and urbanization can significantly promote the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.Land productivity and agricultural scale development have a positive impact on the planting industry,but they have a certain inhibitory effect on the optimization of agricultural industrial structure.Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further develop agricultural socialized service,promote new urbanization according to local conditions and improve the use scale of combine harvester,so as to accelerate the optimization of agricultural industrial structure.
