摘要
高校班主任是学生的专业导师和人生导师、优秀学风的引领者和倡导者、班级文化的塑造者和建设者、学生专业教育和思想政治教育的桥梁与纽带。但当前高校管理层对班主任的角色定位认知度不高,缺乏对班主任进行系统科学的培训,缺乏相应的考核与激励机制。与此同时,许多班主任对自身工作的角色和地位也认识不清,不愿意投入过多时间和精力;班主任与辅导员在工作互动方面存在不足。充分发挥高校班主任在人才培养中的重要作用,需要从三个方面着力:管理层提升对班主任的角色认知,采取有力措施激发班主任工作积极性;班主任自身积极参与班级管理工作,助力学生成才;加强班主任与辅导员的互动,构建和谐的工作机制。
The class advisor is the professional and life tutor for the students, the leader and advocator of excellent learning style, the shaper and builder of class culture and the bridge and link between the professional education and ideological and political education for the students. But at present, the management authorities of the colleges and universities has not recognized the role of the class advisor,lack of systematic and scientific training for the class advisor, and lack of the corresponding assessment and incentive mechanism. At the same time, many c.ass advisors are not clear about their own role and status, and they are not willing to spend much time and energy.There is a lack of interaction between class advisors and counselors. To give full play to the important role of the class advisor in the talent training, we need to focus on the following three aspects: the management authority should enhance the recognition of the role of the class advisor, take effective measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of the class advisor and the latter should actively participate in the class management to help the students become talents;strengthen the interaction between the class advisor and the counselor, and build a harmonious working mechanism.
