SCF在绵羊黑色素细胞中的表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 表皮内干细胞因子(stem cell factor,简称SCF)是由角化细胞合成并分泌到细胞间隙,参与黑色素细胞存活、增殖和黑色素生成。为确定黑色素细胞能否合成SCF,分离培养绵羊的皮肤黑色素细胞,并运用免疫荧光技术对黑色素细胞内SCF进行检测,结果显示,分离培养的黑色素细胞特征明显,且在黑色素细胞中检测到存在SCF蛋白。据此可以推测黑色素细胞也能合成SCF,它在黑色素细胞存活、增殖和黑色素生成中发挥重要作用。
