预科教育是新中国民族高等教育的基本办学形式,是新中国民族高等教育的制度性安排,它贯穿于新中国民族高等教育办学和发展的整个过程。当前,预科教育在新时代面临着深化改革的需求:要进一步明确预科教育的特殊性质;进一步发挥预科教肓的积极作用;进一步完善预科教育的权限协调;进一步提升预科教育的管理能力;进一步加强预科教育的队伍建设;进一步加强预科教育的教材建设;进一步做好预科教育的教学评估。此外,要推动以完善预科教育制度为核心内容的改革,内容包括扩大招生规模;严格课程学习;加强民族汉考;严格会考制度;严肃淘汰机制。

Preparatory course is the basic form of higher education for nationalities in New China,and also the systematic arrangement of higher education for nationalities in New China.At present,preparatory education in the new era is facing the need to deepen the reform:to further clarify the special nature of preparatory educa⁃tion;To further improve the management of preparatory education,to further strengthen the preparatory educa⁃tion team building,to further strengthen the preparatory education of teaching materials,to further do a good job of preparatory education teaching evaluation.In addition,we should push forward the reform with the im⁃provement of the preparatory education system as the core content,which includes expanding the enrollment scale,strictly studying the curriculum,strengthening the National Han examination,strictly conducting the Na⁃tional Han examination,and seriously eliminating the mechanism.
