摘要
大学生校园族群氛围是大学生对大学族群多元化环境的心理意义表征,尤其是族群多元化的校园氛围对少数族群大学生产生着直接或者潜移默化的影响。西方研究在高等教育的框架下,对大学生校园族群氛围进行了大量的研究。本文对西方大学生校园族群氛围进行了综述,内容涉及大学生校园族群氛围的结构、不同族群之间差异比较、带来的教育结果,以期对我国大学生的民族心理研究和民族教育提供借鉴。
College Students’campus-ethnic atmosphere can be conceptualized as a psychologically meaning⁃ful representation,Often,these features are assumed to be most salient for that minority college students group,has direct and indirect impact on minority college students.Under the guidance of higher education,there have been a lot of research on this topic among students in western countries.This article gives a overall review on this area,including conceptions construct of the college students’campus-ethnic atmosphere,the mean-level differences in climate through comparing ethnic groups or using mean differences in perceptions to explain differ⁃ences in outcomes,student academic outcomes,and suggestions for future study are discussed.Finally,this pa⁃per affirms the reference to our country's college students ethnic psychology and ethnic education.
