摘要
本研究采用自编大学生创新能力问卷与涵化,问卷对内蒙古地区七所高校的632名蒙古族大学生进行问卷调查,探讨在文化多样性背景下内蒙古地区大学生的涵化策略对其创新能力的影响。研究发现,同化和整合策略对创新基础能力具有正向预测作用;整合策略对创新操作能力和创新总能力具有正向预测作用。涵化中的整合和同化策略,都对大学生创新能力具有重要影响。其中,整合策略对创新能力影响最大。因此,本研究证实了在文化多样性地区大学生的整合与同化策略确实有助于提高其创新能力。
In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 632 Mongolian college students in seven universities in Inner Mongolia by using a self-made college students’innovation ability questionnaire and cultivation questionnaires to explore the impact of cultural strategies on innovation ability of college students in Inner Mongolia under the background of cultural diversity.The study found that assimilation and integration strategies have a positive predictive effect on the basic innovation ability;integration strategies have a positive predictive effect on the innovation operation ability and total innovation ability.The integration and assimilation strategies in cultivation have an important effect on college students’innovation ability.Among them,integration strategies have the greatest influence on innovation ability.Therefore,this study confirms that the integration and assimilation strategies of college students in culturally diverse areas really help to improve their innovation abilities.
