“双创”背景下旅游管理专业本科层次实践教学的突破与创新

The Breakthrough and Innovation of Practice Teaching of Tourism Management under the Background of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

国家深化高等学校创新创业改革,为旅游管理专业本科层次人才培养提供了新的契机。由于该专业具备较强的实践性,因此当前实践教学改革的首要内容就是要以培养学生双创能力为主。文章以项目驱动为途径,以平台建设为支撑,将人才培养目标、课程设计、毕业实习、重赛参赛、创业孵化纳入旅游管理专业本科层次实践教学体系建设,以培养学生创新思维、创业操作能力和解决问题的能力为专业目标,实现毕业即创业就业的目的。

The state deepens the reform of entrepreneurship in higher education,which provides a new oppor⁃tunity for the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level of tourism management.Due to the strong practicali⁃ty of this major,the primary content of current practical teaching reform is to cultivate students’ability of entre⁃preneurship and innovation.This paper takes project-driven approach and platform construction as support.In this paper,the objectives of talent cultivation,course facilities,graduation practice,competition and entrepre⁃neurship incubation are included in the construction of undergraduate practical teaching system of tourism man⁃agement major,so as to cultivate professional talents with innovative thinking,entrepreneurial operation ability and problem-solving ability,and partly realize the cultivation goal of entrepreneurship after graduation.
