中医康复护理联合激励性心理护理对面瘫患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

Influence of TCM Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Incentive Psychological Nursing on Psychological State and Quality of Life in Patients with Facial Paralysis

目的:探讨中医康复护理联合激励性心理护理对面瘫患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:将2018年7月1日~2019年7月1日收治的86例面瘫患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组单纯接受中医康复护理,观察组开展中医康复护理联合激励性心理护理,连续干预8周;分别于干预前、干预8周后比较两组心理状态[采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]和生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)];干预8周后采用自制护理满意度问卷调查并比较两组护理满意度。结果:干预8周后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预8周后,两组SF-36各维度评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:面瘫患者接受中医康复护理联合激励性心理护理后,可改善患者不良心理状态,提高生活质量和护理整体满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with incentive psychological nursing on the psychological state and quality of life of facial paralysis patients.Methods:A total of 86 patients with facial paralysis admitted from July 1,2018 to July 1,2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received TCM rehabilitation nursing alone,and the observation group received TCM rehabilitation nursing combined with incentive psychological nursing,with continuous intervention for 8 weeks.Before and 8 weeks after the intervention,the two groups were compared in terms of psychological status self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and quality of life(SF-36).After 8 weeks of intervention,self-designed nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of intervention,SF-36 scores in all dimensions in both groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:After receiving TCM rehabilitation nursing combined with incentive psychological nursing,it can improve the adverse psychological state of patients with facial paralysis and promote their quality of life and overall nursing satisfaction.
