摘要 提出了基于云的可组态PLC实验自动评判系统。云端OPC UA客户程序可通过互联网远程访问PLC内嵌OPC UA服务器,并获取学生实验的全程数据。设计了基于Web的波形编辑器,分"段"管理实验全程波形,实现了标准结果(答案)的可组态。系统通过比对标准结果与学生的全程实验数据,即可完成对学生实验结果的全面评判。本系统可减轻实验指导教师的工作量并提高评判准确性;学生也可从系统获得更加全面的反馈信息,以加深对实验的理解。 Accordingly,a cloud based automatic evaluation system for PLC experiments is proposed. The OPC UA clients on the cloud access the OPC UA servers embedded in local S7-1500 PLCs through Internet;and thus obtain the experimental result data of the students. A Web based wave editor is designed;it manages the whole waves using sections in time sequences. Thus,the configurability of the experiments is achieved. The evaluation of an experiment is finally done by comparing the pre-configured standard result with the experimental data. The system relieves the hard work of the teachers on experiments evaluation and provides accurate conclusions. On the other hand,the students can get more comprehensive feedback information from the system to understand the experiments better. The cloud based framework,the OPC UA standard protocol and the system configurability can be good references for other relevant systems.
