摘要 设计了一套基于窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)的抽油机远程监控系统。该实验系统基于CVT-IOT-S5PX实验系统及NB-IoT节点和施耐德可编程控制器(PLC) Modicon M340,能够基于窄带物联网实现对抽油机工作状态的远程监测以及对抽油机电机转速的远程控制。该实验系统包括抽油机装置的参数采集、数据处理、NB-IoT网络通信和电动机转速控制等部分,通过基于该实验系统的课程实验,有助于学生对物联网和NB-IoT技术在自动化以及石油石化等相关领域应用的理解,能够在课程学习和课程实验过程中培养和提高学生面对复杂工程问题的创新意识和实践能力。 The basic working principles of the beam-pumping units are firstly introduced and then a remote pumping unit monitoring system based on narrow band Internet of Things( NB-IoT) is designed. The designed system is based on the CVT-IOT-S5 PX experimental system with NB-IoT node and the Schneider PLC( Modicon M340),which can remotely monitor the working status of the pumping unit and remotely control the motor speed of the pumping unit based on the NB-IoT networks. In the experimental system,the contents of parameter collection of the pumping unit,data processing,NB-IoT network communications and speed control of the motor are covered. Via the study of the experimental course,the experimental system designed in this paper will help students to understand the practical applications of the Internet of Things and NB-IoT technology in the automation and petroleum field. The experimental system can continuously cultivate and improve students’ innovative consciousness and practical ability when they face on complex engineering problems in the process of learning and experiment.
