摘要 太阳电池阵是卫星上重要的组成部分,在展开过程中会对卫星本体造成冲击,引起卫星本体姿态的变化,研究展开过程的动力学特性很重要。建立一种含超弹性铰链的电池阵模型,分析了两块帆板的展开运动过程,改变铰链的峰值力矩和平衡力矩大小,通过对比,分析不同的峰值力矩和平衡力矩对该机构展开动力学性能的影响。根据拉格朗日方程推导该机构展开运动的动力学公式,并用Matlab进行求解,验证了Adams模型的正确性。 The solar array is an important part of the satellite. It will impact the satellite body during the deployment process and cause changes in the attitude of the body. Therefore,it is important to study the dynamic characteristics of the deployment process. A battery array model with hyperelastic hinges is established. The development process of two windsurfing boards is analyzed. The peak torque and balance torque of the hinges are changed. By comparison,the different peak torques and balance torques are analyzed. Effects of dynamic performance areunfolded. According to the Lagrange equation,the dynamic formula of the mechanism’s unfolding motion is derived and solved by MATLAB,which verifies the correctness of the ADAMS model.
