抗肿瘤药物体外药效学评价结合细胞生物学实验教学促进教研融合 被引量:3

摘要 将科研内容引入到实验教学过程中,促进科研与教学的有机结合,不仅可以增加学生对科研知识的学习兴趣,同时也有利于理论知识的巩固,对培养学生的创新能力和实践能力意义重大。以"抗肿瘤药物的体外药效学评价"为主题设计细胞生物学实验,以经典的广谱抗肿瘤药物阿霉素作为受试药物,通过MTT法检测阿霉素对5种不同肿瘤细胞的半数致死剂量,并运用流式细胞术检测阿霉素对各种细胞的促凋亡能力,从而研究阿霉素的抗肿瘤效果。实验过程中,学生学习了药物抗肿瘤活性研究的基本方法和原理,掌握了细胞培养的基本实验操作技能,熟悉了相关仪器的使用方法。学生的动手实践能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力、科研创新能力均有了较大提升。 Introducing scientific research into the experimental teaching process to promote the organic combination of scientific research and teaching can not only increase students’ interest in learning scientific research knowledge,but also contribute to the consolidation of theoretical knowledge,which is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ innovation ability and practical ability. This paper designs a cell biology experiment with the theme of " evaluation of pharmacodynamics of antitumor drugs in vitro". The classical broad-spectrum anti-tumor drug adriamycin is used as the test drug to detectthe IC50 of five different tumorcells by MTT assay,and then analyze the anti-apoptosis ability using flow cytometry. During the experiment,students can learn the basic methods and principles of anti-tumor activity research of drugs,master the basic experimental operation skills of cell culture,and get familiar with the use of related instruments. Students’ practical ability,problem analysis and problem-solving ability,scientific research and innovation ability can been greatly improved.
