财政经费支持与商业化仪器共享平台服务对比

A Comparative Study on Services of the Government Funding and the Commercial Instrument Sharing Platforms in China

选取了重大科研基础设施和大型科研仪器国家网络管理平台、浙江省科技创新云服务平台作为我国财政经费支持仪器共享服务平台代表,以及人人实验,易科学作为商业性仪器共享平台代表,从平台的服务资源类型与组织、服务模式、平台运营管理等方面进行对比研究。提出在建设和管理科研仪器设备共享平台的过程中,要强化跨类型平台的仪器资源大整合,建立以用户体验为中心的服务模式,完善积极高效的运营机制等建议,为我国科研仪器设备共享平台可持续性建设与发展提供了借鉴。

Four instrument sharing platforms are selected to compare the differences in resource organization,service mode,platform operation and management between the government funding and the commercial instrument sharing platform. Based on the comparative study,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the integration of instrument resources across different types of platforms,establishing a user-centered service model and an active and efficient operating mechanism. The study can provide a reference for the sustainable development of scientific research instrument sharing platform in China.
