湘商责任意识是湘商群体在地域个性的影响下,在继承和发扬中国传统儒商文化与湖湘文化优良基因的基础上,不断积累、丰富、总结而成的具有地域特色的文化自觉和良好美德。本文旨在通过对湘商责任意识的历史发展脉络、文化基因溯源的剖析和探索,从伦理定位、文化基因、价值创造和传承发扬等方面,对"以诚为本""责任担当"的湘商文化精神进行现代建构,以弘扬湘商群体崛起的基因优势,为"文化自信"张本,为新时代中国特色社会主义经济建设和文化建设提供有益的参考。

The sense of responsibility of Hunan businessmen is the cultural awareness and virtue with regional characteristics accumulated,enriched and summarized by the Hunan Businessmen group under the influence of regional personality and on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the fine genes of traditional Chinese Confucian businessmen culture and Huxiang culture. By analyzing and exploring the historical development context of Hunan businessmen’ s responsibility awareness and the traceability of cultural genes from four aspects,namely ethical positioning,cultural genes,value creation and inheritance and development,this article aims to modernize the Hunan Businessmen’ s culture characterized by"integrity as the basis and responsibility as the first"spirit,promote the genetic advantage of the rise of the Hunan businessmen group,pave the road for"cultural confidence"and provide a useful reference for the socialist modernization of economic construction and cultural construction.
