摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济的高速增长提高了农村居民人均收入,极大地改善了农村人口的生活条件,有效缓解了农村贫困。本文利用2010-2017年的省际面板数据,分区域和省份测算了贫困发生率对农村居民人均纯收入的弹性影响,同时对区域之间经济增长减贫效应的差异进行了比较分析,并提出了促进农村经济增长、注重区域差异及区域扶贫政策的政策建议。
Since the reform and opening up,the rapid growth of China’s economy has increased the per capita income of rural residents,greatly improved the living conditions of the rural population,and effectively alleviated rural poverty.However,at the same time,the poverty reduction effect of economic growth has slowed down year by year,and economic growth in different regions Poverty reduction effects show differentiation.This paper used the inter-provincial panel data from 2010 to 2017 and the panel data model to calculate the elasticity of poverty incidence on the per capita net income of rural residents by region and province.At the same time,it compared the difference in economic growth poverty reduction effects between regions,and put forward policy recommendations to promote rural economic growth,focusing on regional differences and regional poverty alleviation policies.
